Mark Henderson

Mark is a native North Texan. He enjoys partnering with his clients as an investment advisor focused on understanding their unique situation. “A solid financial plan is best achieved in a relationship based on trust and transparency.’ Mark enjoys the technical aspects of building comprehensive financial plans, yet guiding clients in non-technical jargon toward their long-term financial goals is his specialty.

Mark graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Accounting and minor in Finance. 

Mark is securities licensed with FINRA Series 7 as a general securities representative.

Mark is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. 

The AIF® Designation signifies specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of care. The designation is the culmination of a rigorous training program, which includes a comprehensive, closed-book final examination under the supervision of a proctor, and agreement to abide by the Center’s Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards.  On an ongoing basis, completion of continuing education and adherence to the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards are required to maintain the AIF® Designation.
